Communal Housing for Fall, Winter & Spring Intensive Students
Port Townsend School of Woodworking is pleased to offer housing within Fort Worden State Park in collaboration with Fort Worden Hospitality. This housing is limited to students enrolled in any of our 12-week intensives running in the Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. This housing option is not available to students taking one-week, or weekend programs.
Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) Row House, Building 331, is available for rent. Building 331 is a duplex. Each half of the building has a living room and kitchen on the bottom floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Each bedroom is available for rent as a single occupancy room.
Rates
$850/month - Single room, including utilities and monthly cleaning
Rules & Regulations
Our Process
We review housing applications alongside program and scholarship applications. These are reviewed six months in advance of a program start date and thereafter on a case-by-case basis.
Applications will be prioritized for students registering for multiple intensives and students representing underserved populations.
