The style of my furniture is characterized by organic forms that are often curved and sculpted with a highly refined attention to detail. I primarily use sustainably sourced or reclaimed domestic woods, with durable earth-friendly finishes. I have been designing and making furniture for over fifteen years, and have a background in art, design, and wood sculpture. I usually prefer to make stand-alone furniture or furnishings (as opposed to built-ins). Clients usually hire me for custom work because of my unique design sensibility and commitment to a high standard of quality that will allow any piece I make to last for generations to come. I have also committed to planting trees every year as a way to offset the ways in which my business may impact the environment.

Award-winning furniture influenced by Danish Modern, Japanese, Shaker, and American craft traditions. My furniture is known for its minimalist design, focus on functionality, use of natural materials, and subtly showcasing the handmade nature of each piece. Sleek lines, simple forms, and innovative construction are the hallmarks of my work.

I design and build bespoke, modern, solid wood home furniture using sustainably sourced American hardwoods. Custom sizing and choices of wood, upholstery, and woven elements are available.
